Return and Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

We accept returns for unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in new condition

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

  • Must include proof of purchase or order number

Note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on hair accessories or extensions that have been worn, used, or removed from their original packaging. 

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like to swap for a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order separately.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

To start a return:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you'd like to return

  • Reason for the return (optional but helpful)

We’ll respond with next steps and a return shipping address.

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
